I film and edit properties for estate agencies in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol. From a reel to a villa tour, we choose the film around the property and where you plan to publish it.
Choose the right film for the property
A reel can introduce a property on social media with a clear idea. A slower tour helps viewers understand the layout and how the rooms connect. FPV makes sense when the space and filming conditions allow a continuous flight that adds something to the viewing experience. A property does not always need all three.
If an agent appears on camera, we prepare what they will say. If the property should speak for itself, we plan a shoot without a presenter. We make that choice before booking the session.
What we agree before the shoot
We define the property, purpose, approximate length, type of tour and publishing channels. The proposal also states the delivery formats, revisions and expected timeline.
Vertical and horizontal versions are not automatically included in every project. An adaptation may need a different composition, a separate edit or additional filming. We agree this before starting, alongside travel and any other extras.
How the project works
Send me the listing or a few images. We discuss what is worth showing, then I prepare a proposal with scope, price and schedule. We coordinate access, preparation of the property and the shoot.
Editing focuses on the route through the property, pacing and continuity. You review the edit as agreed and receive files for the selected channels.
See the work before you decide
The portfolio on this site includes FPV tours, agent films and architectural visualisation. Visualisation depicts a project and should not be mistaken for a completed property. We can review a reference together so you know what kind of production you are commissioning.
Need to organise the enquiries as well?
If your films and ads already attract interest but enquiries get lost between WhatsApp and email, we can review follow-up in your CRM. Video production and automation are scoped around what your agency actually needs.
Before we start
Do you work outside Marbella?
I work with agencies across the Costa del Sol, including Málaga. We confirm location, availability and travel in the proposal.
How much does a property film cost?
It depends on the property, filming time, edit and deliverables. Send me the listing and intended publishing channels so I can quote for a clear scope.
Is FPV drone filming included?
Only when agreed and when the location and conditions allow it. FPV is a production option rather than an automatic part of every film.
Can you turn the film into an ad?
Yes. Creative work, campaign setup and advertising spend are agreed separately. We define which enquiries to attract and how they will be handled.
